JEFFERSON DAVIS PARISH POLICE JURY
PROJECT: Safe Streets for All (SS4A) – Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP)
PROJECT NO.: 2025006
The Jefferson Davis Parish Police Jury (JDPPJ), as Owner, invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan under the U.S. DOT Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program. The CSAP will be data-driven and community-informed, covering the municipalities of Elton, Fenton, Jennings, Welsh, and Lake Arthur.
Funding & Match: Federal Share $400,000; Local Share $100,000; Total $500,000.

Digital submittals (PDF) may be emailed to ben@jdppj.net. Physical submittals may be mailed or hand-delivered to: Jefferson Davis Parish Police Jury, 304 N. State Street, Jennings, LA 70546. Submittals must be received by the date and time above. Include the project number 2025006 in cover letters and email subject lines.
